This is an example of using target keyword in the Title Tag of your page and then targeting that keyword phrase, in this case it’s SEO Letchworth.
Interestingly it use to be the case that a number of search engines could be fooled to rank pages higher depending on how often the keyword was withing the body text of the web page.
But now that is irrelevent as the search engine “spiders” and the algorithems behind them are so sophisticated that they are looking for quality and unique content and not silly things as the number of times a keyword phrase is used.
Anyway, getting back to this example of SEO targeted keyword phrase. The key point here is that Google and the other search engines are interested in both what other people think of your site and the quality of your site/page.
